In line with the GDPR, this Privacy Notice explains how we at Cornerways Guest House use any personal information that we collect about you. We are committed to safeguarding your personal information.

What Information We Collect About You

When you make a booking with us, we collect the name of the guest who is making the booking, their telephone number, and email address.

How We Use The Information

We will use your email address to send you confirmation of the booking, as well as any further correspondence requested by yourself with regards to planning your stay with us.
We may use your telephone number to contact you if your room is ready early, to let you know that an earlier check-in is available, and/or to request an estimated time of arrival, if we have been unable to contact you by email.

Immediately after your stay, we may need to use your telephone number and/or email address to contact you if you have left any personal items in the room, to arrange collection of, or postage of item/s.

How Is Your Data Stored

All of the personal and debit/credit card data that you supply to us, as part of the booking process, is stored securely on a third party system, Stripe.
Neither we, nor Stripe, will share your information with any third party unless there is a legal reason for doing so.

Access To Your Information
