We serve breakfasts daily between 8.00 and 9.00am. Earlier breakfasts are available; just speak to Tim and Shelley.

Tim's Tasty Tomatoes
Fruit Juices of the Day
Selection of Cereals – Bran Flakes, Crunchie Nuts, Corn Flakes, Frosties, Special K, Alpen
Fresh Fruit Salad of the Day to include the following when available – Pineapple, Melon, Strawberries, Blue Berries, Grapes. Bananas served separately.
Porridge with Cream, Honey or Soya Milk
And Now for Something Cooked
Fillet of Mackerel, landed fresh on the Harbour, lightly pan fried in seasoned flour, served with slow cooked tomatoes, local mushrooms when available and sautéed potatoes.
Smoked Fresh Salmon served with local free range eggs, scrambled.
White smoked Haddock served with poached local free range eggs, slow cooked tomatoes, local mushrooms when available and mini potato cakes.
Newlyn Smoked Kippers on request, whole or filleted.
The Cornish Breakfast as above without the bacon with locally sourced vegetarian sausages and beans
Large field mushrooms with spinach, cheese and poached eggs.
Omelets with a choice of fillings, cheese, mushrooms, finely chopped peppers, tomatoes and spinach.
All of the above to be served alongside Thick white or wholemeal-seeded brown bread.
To Finish Off
Various Preserves including
Lemon Curd, Blackberry, strawberry, raspberry, honey and Tim’s homemade marmalade or preserve.
Croissant and pastries available to order.
Fresh cafetiere coffee and a selection of teas: English, earl grey, green, lemon and ginger, Tim’s fresh mint, Assam and Moroccan.
Please offer any suggestions so that we can continually improve, Tim will either jump for joy or jump off the harbour!
To include: local thick cured bacon, smoked on request, homemade local sausages, local free range eggs, poached, fried or scrambled, Tim’s poached tomatoes, cooked long and slow in Olive Oil and a hint of butter, seasoned with black pepper a touch of salt and a sprinkle of Demerara sugar, local mushrooms when available, lighted fried with a hint of butter and Olive Oil, potato selection, mini cakes, sautéed, new baby Cornish when available. Naughty fried bread (wicked) high energy!
Breakfast is served in the un-crowded dining room with only fresh produce being used.
